The night seafood market at Nha Trang is a nice place to go. It was quiet that evening in January with just us and the fresh multitude of seafood options. Clams, clams and more clams.

Heading down to Bai Dai beach from Nha Trang for some fresh seafood and quiet tides.
An enduring che thai with durian, four season fruit, agar, coconut, th'not fruit (?), snow fungus and jackfruit. The durian was very discernible and reinforced that I really don't like it. Otherwise good!
I'm not entirely sure of the name of this restaurant. It was amongst all the others on the riverside and we sat here for no better reason than going to any other place. Fresh seafood grilled on the table. Doesn't get much better.
Where locals go for a more Western experience (and slightly higher price) for a smoothie and breakfast bo kho.
I was taken here by middle aged locals who have lived in HCMC all their lives. It is their favourite pho place (maybe also influenced by its walkable proximity to their house). It's the first time I've had sawtooth herb in pho and learnt just how the herbs are meant to be forever changing my pho practice.
